With the dry conditions this summer, the Frederick County Sanitation Authority wants to help you conserve water.

The authority says if you water your lawn and plants, set up a schedule every other day for 15 to 20 minutes at a time. You can also lower your water bills by turning the faucet off when brushing your teeth running dishwashers and washing machines only with full loads.
