Prior to TV3, she was the morning meteorologist for WHIZ-TV in Zanesville, OH. She holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Meteorology from Millersville University, and she is a member of the American Meteorological Society. Cassie has been intrigued by the weather since she was very young, and she decided that a career in broadcast meteorology would be very rewarding. She especially likes tropical weather, as well as winter storms, and she would like to reside on the coast someday. Originally from Mechanicsburg, PA, Cassie is glad to be closer to home. In her spare time, she enjoys going to IndyCar races, shopping, baking, and visiting with friends and family.
