Channing Frampton joined the TV3 Winchester News team in May of 2011.
Originally from western Pennsylvania, he earned his bachelor of arts in media arts with a concentration in television production along with a minor in international studies and theater from Robert Morris University in Pittsburgh.
In December, 2012, he was recognized as employee of the year by TV3 Winchester after moving from reporting and forecasting during the week to producing and anchoring the news at 11 on Sundays and the news at 7 during the week. He also makes appearances on Good Morning Winchester as an anchor and forecaster.
Channing appeared with Wayside Theatre in a production of “The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee” and has raised money singing “For the Love of Chocolate” in Winchester.
Outside of television, Channing enjoys photography, rail fanning, running, and karaoke.
