Mike Giangreco joins the TV3 team from Dayton, Ohio where he was a sports reporter, anchor and producer at WRGT/WKEF-TV. A 2006 graduate of The University of Dayton, he was fortunate enough to begin his sportscasting career in the same city where he attended college.
While at WRGT/WKEF, Mike worked on the "Football Friday" show in the fall and reported and anchored for two fifteen minute sportscasts, "Overtime" and "The 4th Quarter." Mike has covered just about every sport, from the NCAA tournament, to a baton twirling championship. His fondest memories include interviewing Cincinnati Reds outfielder Ken Griffey Junior, and joking around with Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Chad Johnson.
Mike is a native of Buffalo, NY and is hoping to see the Bills or Sabres win a championship before he dies. He is extremely passionate about his career and hopes to bring compelling stories and exciting highlights to the Shenandoah Valley. His hobbies include playing lacrosse, excercising, reading, and making people laugh.
