Winchester will host Harrisonburg Wednesday night in game one of the championship series. The Turks beat Waynesboro Tuesday 2-1 in seven rain-shortened innings to win the South division championship.
The Royals scored three runs in the second inning and two more in the seventh to jump out to a 5-0 lead.
David Lidyard struck out nine River Bandits in six innings work to earn the win for Winchester.
The Royals held Woodstock to three runs in two games.
