The Turks beat the Royals, 6-2.

With the win the Turks take a 2-0 series lead and can clinch the best-of-five Friday night at Winchester.

The Royals got a solo home runs from JustinFox and Garret Autrey.

Winchester allowed a run in the bottom of the first inning and trailed for the entire game after that.

Stu Jones got the start for the Royals and lasted just two innings. He allowed three hits, three runs and walked four.

The Turks had another strong pitching performance in the series. Dillon Ortman earned the win with eight solid innings for Harrisonburg.
