After its first loss of the season, James Wood was back at practice today, where the team said it knows it can play better.
The Colonels suffered some injuries in Friday's loss at Loudoun Valley, and Coach Mike Bolin says there will be lineup adjustments this week to fill out the positions.
James Wood has its season opener Friday night, hosting Musselman at 7:00.
