Keaton Neeb has been a consistent positive force in an otherwise up and down season for the Front Royal Cardinals.
Neeb, who played high school ball at Skyline, two years at Shenandoah and currently plays for Campbellsville in Kentucky, is second in the league having thrown out 12 base stealers this summer.
He is also tied for the team lead with six home runs.
Neeb has enjoyed playing in front of his hometown fans, who have showed him support throughout his career.
