Alex Limoges is a sixth grader at Aylor Middle School and plays left wing for the Washington Little Caps, which is ranked 19th in the nation and is one of the four best teams ranked by u-s-a hockey for the U-12 age group.

Friday, Alex will play in the South-east district games and he says the Washington Capitals have given him inspiration.

"They got this good by practicing all the time and if I want to get to that level I have to do the same. But it's an honor playing with the Washington Little Caps because every Saturday morning last year we would see the Capitals play on the other rink," Alex Limoges said.

"It's great. I'm very proud because he's working hard and I think it's a good life lesson. He's going to his practices and making sure he goes to bed early and eats well. And that's not something every kid his age is doing," Robert Limoges said.
