Sherando will send 13 of their 14 wrestlers to Regions. This is their first title since 2002.

And the Northwestern District tournament swim meet saw a packed house at Winchester Parks and Rec.

2009 state title winner Ben Grove blew away the competition in the indivdual medley however the Sherando team wins both girls and boys meets they beat Handley boys by 5 and Millbrook girls by 5.
