Handley took a 3-0 lead in the 1st quarter of Saturday's season opener on a 28-yard field goal by sophomore kicker Nick Marshall.
A Matt Valenzuela touchdown gave Dominion a 7-3 and it would remain that way through halftime.
In the third quarter, sophomore quarterback Will Dearing connected for a touchdown pass with senior Stuart Carper and Dontae Mauck scored a rushing touchdown of his own, giving the Judges a 17-7 lead.
Dominion would add a field goal, but the Judges defense stayed strong late to capture the season opening 17-10 win.
