RSS (Really Simple Syndication) is a convenient way to get news and information to your desktop or mobile device. You can install a RSS reader or use a web based service (like Bloglines.com) to view your RSS feeds. Think of it as a sort of TiVo for the web. You tell your RSS reader what feeds you want to receive. Your RSS reader will periodically check your feeds and displays new updates. Your RSS reader serves as a "portal" to all of your favorite websites. No more browsing to your favorite sites one by one! Just read the updates that interest you.
