Shaye Anthony Sullins, 21, of Oakton, VA, died Wednesday, July 25, 2012 at his residence.
He was born June 21, 1991 in Ft. Huachuca, AR the son of Edward Sullins, Jr. and Tina Fester Sullins.
Surviving are his mother, Tina Fester Wait of Williston, ND; his father, Edward Sullins, Jr. of Waco, TX; his stepfather, Richard Rice of Oakton, VA; a brother, James Fitzsimmons of Philadelphia, PA; his maternal grandparents, Dennis & Sally Fester of Sarver, PA and his paternal grandmother, Nina Sullins of Waco, TX.
Also surviving are a brother, Edward Sullins, III and four sisters, Dana Sullins, Michelle Sullins Green and Andrea and Amanda Sullins.
A brother, Brandon Sullins and his paternal grandfather, Edward Sullins, are both deceased.
A funeral service will be Sunday at 4:00 p.m. in Phelps Funeral Chapel, 311 Hope Drive, Winchester with Thomas Binkowski officiating.
Friends will be received on Sunday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. at the funeral chapel.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a suicide prevention organization.
