Following a hearing in Frederick County General District Court today, Ronald Benjamin Vivadelli is certified to a grand jury trial.

He's accused of leading authorities on a more than six hour manhunt back in April. Vivadelli picked up around three to four pounds of marijuana before the chase began.

Investigators say this is somewhat of a trafficking case because the marijuana was shipped from the west coast. Vivadelli is charged with felony eluding police.
