Officials continue looking for, Ronald Benjamin Vivadelli following a drug delivery Friday afternoon.

The Northwest Virginia Drug Task Force continues the search for Vivadelli after K9s, police teams, and a helicopter were unable to catch him.

Leaders say they take crimes like this seriously, which is why so many resources were used in the incident.

Drug Task Force Leader, Lieutenant, Allen Sibert talked with us about the case.

"When somebody flees from police, we're going to use any and all resources to catch him no matter what the charge is. Obviously, there's no use in putting a half-effort into it. If you're going to apprehend someone; apprehend them."

The Lieutenant says Vivadelli faces charges of eluding police if caught.

From there, further investigation will determine what other charges are brought up.
