A new airline will fly out of the Valley. The Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport will add non-stop flights to Orlando International Airport.
Frontier Airlines will off three weekly nonstop flights beginning on Nov. 20. Flights will come in and out on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
The fares will start at $69 each way. You can purchase those tickets at that rate from now until Aug. 25 here.
Shenandoah Valley Regional Airport Executive Director Greg Campbell says it took several years to finalize this negotiation. He says the Valley beat out several other places across the country.
The airbuses will be able to seat 138 people. Each seat will have its own television.
Frontier is the second airline to partner with SHD.
