Race Forecasts 6/14

Here are the forecasts for this weekend's race activities:


NASCAR Nationwide Series - Michigan on Saturday at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC. High pressure will be in control over the region on Saturday bringing sunshine and warm conditions. The temperature at the green flag will be around 86 degrees.


NASCAR Sprint Cup - Michigan on Sunday at Noon ET on TNT. The weather will be great for qualifying on Saturday afternoon with plenty of sunshine. It'll be warm with a temperature around 83 degrees. It will still be warm on race day with sunshine along with some clouds. A front will approach area on Sunday which could set off some scattered showers/storms. The temperature will climb to around 87 degrees, but the chance of rain is 40%.


IZOD IndyCar Series - Milwaukee on Saturday at 1 p.m. ET on ABC. Looks like a good day for racing in Milwaukee with some sunshine and warm conditions. The temperature will warm to 86 degrees, and there is a slight chance (20%) of a shower or storm.


24 Hours of Le Mans - At a glance, it looks like there is a chance of rain early on Saturday, but from there conditions will improve. The high will make it up in the 60s on Saturday, and then with more sunshine on Sunday, it will be warmer in the 70s.
