Well, good news race fans, this weekend will be MUCH better for racing! Here's the forecast for this weekend's NASCAR activities:
NASCAR Nationwide Series: Phoenix on Saturday at 4 p.m. ET on ESPN 2. Look for plenty of sunshine on Saturday as high pressure starts to build in. The morning will be cool, but by race time the temperature will be around 72 degrees.
NASCAR Sprint Cup - Phoenix on Sunday at 2:30 p.m. ET on FOX. Practice conditions will be cooler than race day. On Friday, expect plenty of sunshine, but it will be a breezy day with the temperature topping out in the upper 60s. Saturday will be a beautiful day for qualifying with a temperature around 74 degrees. On Sunday, the good weather continues, along with a warm up. The temperature will be close to 83 degrees under sunshine for the race.
