Barnes Likely to Coach SU From Press Box This Weekend

Barnes is recovering from off-season back surgery and is limited in his mobility.

Last week defensive coordinator Brock McCullough served as interim head coach in the Hornets' season opening win at Stevenson.

McCullough will once again be the interim coach this week.

Barnes did not travel to last week's game at Stevenson. It was the first game he missed in his 11 year tenure as head coach.
