Winchester 11U Wins Big in Virginia State Tournament Debut

Winchester beat Rockville, 15-0 in five innings.
Winchester scored five runs in the first inning behind starting pitcher Jalen Tyson.
The visiting team in their own town, Winchester scored eight more times in the top of the fifth to reach the mercy rule limit (ten runs).
Winchester hosts Williamsburg Thursday afternoon at 5:30. The tournament is double elimination.
