The Royals beat the Express 12-11 in ten innings.
Winchester won the game on a walk-off single by Logan Moon that scored pinch runner Alan Filauro.
Royals shortstop Leo Rojas flirted with a cycle in the game. Rojas hit a home run in the first inning, a triple in the second and a double in the third but was held hitless over his next three at bats.
With the win the Royals improve to 11-4. Strasburg is now 5-10.
