| Winchester Resident In Running to be Next WVU Mountaineer |
Carlson is a senior business administration and international management major.
He and three other candidates for the mascot position performed at Friday night's WVU/Marquette men's basketball game, hoping to impress a selection committee.
The winner will be announced at Tuesday night's game against DePaul.
The four finalists were chosen from an original pool of 12 after an interview process.
Carlson is a member of the West Virginia Air National Guard.
