At Large in Your Community Judith Ellen Ritchie

Winchester Police want to know if you've seen a woman who is at large in your community.

They are looking for Judith Ellen Ritchie. She is wanted for possession of heroin.

The 53-year-old white female is 5' 8", weighs 120 pounds, and has gray hair and brown eyes.

Ritchie is wanted as of August 10, 2012.
