New information on a court battle involving the former stars of the Real Housewives of DC.

Friday in the Circuit Court of Front Royal, Tareq Salahi's lawyer asked the court to reconsider a case against Salahi's wife. The lawyers says, Salahi is fighting for money, he says, his wife owes him as part of their business dealings.

Tied to all this, rock star Neal Shon, of the band Journey. Lawyers say, Salahi's wife ran off with him and he's named in the case too.

The motions will be heard on August 20th.
