Plug in to Summer with Lord Fairfax Community College Workforce Solutions’ Summer Kids Camps!

LFCC Workforce Solutions has partnered again with Black Rocket to provide unique enrichment and educational programs to children and young adults. These distinct programs focus on the intersection of creativity and technology. Each course emphasizes self-empowerment, cognitive reasoning, and divergent thinking through hands-on learning. Featuring hands-on learning, the latest technology, and low student-to-staff ratio, LFCC’S Digital Arts Camps give your child the tools to take part in high-tech adventures. Weekly half-day camps are held at Lord Fairfax Community College campuses in Warrenton and Middletown. Digital Arts Camps are for kids ages 7-15. Camps run from the end of June to mid-August and include:

• LEGO Films and Stop Animation
• LEGO Video Games
• Make Your First 2-D Video Game
• Make Your First 3-D Video Game
• App Attack! Make Your First Game App (Middletown campus only)
• Creative Design and Robotics

**Karate and Soccer camps are also offered in the afternoon.
***Lunchtime supervision is available at an additional cost. (Students should bring their own lunches.)
