UPDATE: Accident on I-81 Cleared, Traffic Moving

An accident on Northbound I-81 at mile marker 315 in Frederick County has three lanes closed.

As of 2:30 pm on Wednesday, traffic is backed up to mile marker 310.

UPDATE: All lanes are back open on I-81, but there is still traffic within two miles of the accident.
