Prince William County police say they have arrested three students from Osbourn High School who are accused of deliberately leaving large objects on Prince William Parkway to create havoc for drivers.

Police say tree limbs, lawn chairs, toys and a large rock have been left on the road, forcing motorists to swerve and causing at least one accident.

The incidents began in October. Police say more arrests are expected.

Eighteen-year-olds Dusty Harrelson, Michael Fuller and Eric Regis are charged with destruction of property, trespassing and littering on the highway. All three suspects are from Manassas.

Police say two women were injured in an accident March 18th when a car swerved to avoid objects in the road and a second car hit a boulder.
