A Tennessee woman involved in a crash that killed a local school teacher last summer in Winchester has been indicted by a grand jury.
Leslie Wylie was indicted with involuntary manslaughter and reckless driving. She appeared in Winchester Circuit Court Tuesday with her Attorney Roger Inger.
Her next court date is set for April 16th.
The accident happened back in July. Amber Lucchiani was driving down Jubal Early Drive with her two children in the car when Wylie crossed the median and crashed into Lucchiani's minivan. Lucchiani died at the scene of the crash. Her two children were treated for minor injuries at Winchester Medical Center.
