For the City of Winchester, communication is key.
On July 9th, the City launched a new notification system. It's not just for emergency notifications, it will also send out other community information. It's costing the city about 20 cents a resident. There is no additional cost for you. Once you sign up, you can customize how you want to receive alerts.
