Winchester Public Schools will dismiss early Friday, January 25th.
Elementary schools will dismiss at 12:30 pm. Middle and high schools will dismiss at 1:15 pm.
Superintendent Doctor Rick Leonard says since the roads in Winchester were fine Friday morning there was no reason not to go to school. But he says they've been tracking the storm and decided to release students early for the safety of all Winchester students.
