Diaz Ramos is alleged to have been involved in several sexual encounters with a 13-year-old child within the County of Frederick, Virginia.

On July 24, 2012, The NOVA-DC ICAC Task Force served a search warrant at the residence of Diaz Ramos in the 100-block of Little River Drive in Frederick County. Diaz Ramos was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center, and charged with (1) count of Carnal Knowledge on a child (between the ages of 13 & 15). He was held without bond pending a hearing in Frederick County Juvenile & Domestic Relations Court on October 1, 2012 at 11:30 a.m.

On August 16, 2012, Diaz Ramos was Indicted by a Frederick County Circuit Court Grand Jury for an additional (3) counts of Carnal Knowledge on a child (between the ages 13 & 15). These cases are set for a next appearance in Frederick County Circuit Court on October 4, 2012 at 9:00 a.m.
