Leaders from the Warren County School District want more teachers.
They want to make elementary school classes smaller.
Right now, there are classes that have up to 28 students, and their target is to have 20 students per teacher.
They also want to give a two percent increase for all employees.
Leaders say it would make Warren County schools more competitive.
