We have new information about another regional jail debate in Warren County.
This time, it's how to take care of the water and sewer there.
Front Royal leaders said the jail was originally going to be using the town's water and sewer system.
Now, they said the jail is looking for other options and they include discharging wastewater to a dry area of Crooked Run.
Leaders said they're concerned about possible impacts to the McKay Spring location which is in the area of Crooked Run.
