Two victims are in the hospital after being shot at a Fourth of July celebration at War Memorial Park in Martinsburg last night just after 8 P.M.
Both of the victims suffer non- life threatening wounds.
25-year-old Gabriel "ziggy" McGuire was shot twice in the back before running to a nearby house on Tennessee avenue, and an eight-year-old girl was shot in both her legs.
McGuire is still under medical treatment.
The alleged shooter, Daniel Herbert, has been taken into custody.
The investigation continues today.
