The man accused of robbing Bo's Express in Frederick County has a trial by jury set for September 20th.
Joshua Turner is accused of robbing the store in January and attacking the store's clerk. Officers say surveillance pictures show turner choking the man. A robbery charge against turner in Winchester was previously certified to a grand jury.
Winchester police say Turner robbed Handy Mart.
