A Middletown town attorney who resigned nearly a year ago, will be reappointed to that position Monday.
Middletown mayor Charles Harbaugh says attorney David Griffin quit last march while representing council members.
The town has been without an attorney since David quit and citizens say they need one.
"Well, if anybody tried to sue the town, they would need an attorney," said Virginia Langford. "The town would need one."
Mayor Harbarugh says now that David sees the town more stable, he's ready to come back.
Once David is appointed to the position, he will be responsible for helping the town out with legal questions and concerns.
