She was diagnosed with breast cancer six years ago and her family has been trying to make her wish of meeting Tim McGraw come true.

Family members tracked Tim McGraw down in Tennessee and told him all about Nancy's wish.

They gave the country super star four different numbers to reach Nancy.

Sunday, Nancy's family threw her a birthday party.

They tell TV3, Tim McGraw called Nancy to wish her happy birthday and ask how she was feeling.

Family members tell us they talked for about five minutes.
