Work continues in downtown Winchester. Not just on the utility replacement project but on the restoration of the old Taylor Hotel.
The majority of the demolition is complete. On Monday, workers with Lantz Construction were taking down bricks to lower one of the walls. They removed the middle section between the front part of the hotel and the fly tower in the back.
Next they're going to be working on taking off the roof and replacing it.
