A suspicious package shutdown roads in Winchester for about three hours Monday night.

State police bomb agents checked out the "suspicious package" and gave an all clear.

The "suspicious package" looked like a black briefcase. It was sitting on the sidewalk on Stewart Street diagonal from the Handy Mart at the intersection of Boscawen Street.
