City of Winchester:
A Public Comment Period will be held on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 in Council Chambers at Rouss City Hall, 15 N. Cameron Street, beginning at 6:00 p.m. The formal Public Hearings originally scheduled for this date regarding the Millwood Avenue Project will be rescheduled and advertised prior to formal action by Common Council in accordance with applicable legal requirements. All those having an interest and wishing to speak or learn more about this project are invited and encouraged to attend the Public Comment Period and/or the formal Public Hearings.
