Frederick County dispatchers say crews have cleared the scene. They say one person was transported to the hospital.

Frederick County dispatchers report one person is trapped in a vehicle near the intersection at Grim Road and Wise Mill Lane in Stephens City.
They say the vehicle is stuck in a very shallow creek in that area.
Crews are on the scene.
