From scheduling to saving school work, if you have kids, we know your time is precious.
Professional organizer Barbara Bandyke says every parent needs a way to organize time.
Whether it's on a yearly calendar or a blackberry, organize your kids' schedules with yours.
If you separate well with colors, assign a color for each child.
Bandyke also says organizing space is valuable and you should use numbers when it comes to saving memories.
"I tell parents they get to keep 10 things for every year their child is in school. That counts kindergarten to twelfth, that's 13 years, 130 items. If you have more than two kids, it's going to be twice that. And I always say, that's enough for the presidential library when your child is elected," said Bandyke.
She says to make each collection unique and personal to that child.
If you have a few favorite items that you want to display, think about making a scrapbook or creating a memory box.
