Old Town Winchester is getting a little more colorful.
That's because murals done by local artists are starting to pop up on those green barriers. The barriers are acting as walkways during the construction project. Downtown businesses came up with the Old Town Mural Project to jazz them up.
A little more than 20 are on display around the mall on the north end. That's the end of the mall where Brewbaker's is.
