Shots were fired in Martinsburg Saturday afternoon.
The city's police say it happened about 4 PM Saturday at 307 Chestnut Street.
Officers found 18-year-old Zebudia Pitters after he was shot in the lower torso. Police believe he was talking to someone in a blue vehicle similar to a PT Cruiser or Chevy HHR with Virginia registration as he was shot. The driver left after the incident.
