Anthony Michael is out of jail after posting bond.
He's charged with assault on a law enforcement officer.
Deputies responded to Michael's home on Wilkins Drive in Frederick County for a family fight. Authorities say, Michael pulled a gun on responding officers. The standoff lasted more than eight hours, as officers tried to get Michael to come out of his home.
Deputies say Michael threatened to take his own life.
