A Strasburg man is dead following an accident on Interstate 66.
It happened Saturday night just before 11 in Warren County. Virginia State Police say 58-year-old Lawrence Turner from Strasburg was killed after the truck he was driving left the interstate, hit an embankment in the median, and rolled over. He wasn’t wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the truck. He died at Winchester Medical Center because of his injuries.
Alcohol is being investigated as a factor in that crash.
