A Frederick County man is facing charges after pointing a gun at a woman in the parking lot of a Winchester restaurant.
It happened on January 25th at 12:48 p.m. in the 2200 block of South Pleasant Valley Road.
Shane Matthew Koller, 23, of Stephenson is charged with brandishing a firearm. Police say it happened after a confrontation between Koller and a woman from another vehicle. They went on to say Koller pointed the gun at the victim she went into the restaurant to ask for help. An officer was in the restaurant at the time and spoke with the victim. He then stopped Koller’s vehicle on South Pleasant Valley Road.
Koller was arrested and taken to the Northwestern Regional Adult Detention Center and was later released.
