There is local reaction of the Supreme Court's decision declaring Obamacare constitutional.
After not knowing what they were going to have to do, the Shenandoah Free Clinic is relieved a decision has been made.
Director, Pam Murphy says they can finally begin preparing for the changes in health care and it's good to be out of limbo.
"We have 500,000 people in Virginia that are still going to need the health care safety net in some fashion. About 100,000 people, even when the Affordable Care Act is fully implemented in 2014, will still need or still won't have health insurance or some source of care."
Murphy says for the most part they are in favor of the bill, but they do have some questions they still have to deal with.
