Millbrook High School students gave part of their Saturday to help out in the community this weekend.
"I like it, it's fun. I love community service," says Cambria Evans, a junior.
Evans and her best friend Kaitlynn Hare were just two of the students who helped sort clothes for needy children in our community.
"It is super that we have the young kids that are interested and that they have the initiative and the drive to come out and help our community," says Windy Glahn, an adoptive parent who helps at Our Children's Closet. "Help the children in foster care, help the children at risk and in need, and that they're willing to give up their Saturday to come in and do this."
The students say they truly enjoyed giving back and hope to do more volunteering in the near future.
