With Valentine's Day coming up Thursday, it was time to crown some lovely royalty in our area to preside over the day.
The Shenandoah Area Agency on Aging crowned a king and queen for each of their senior centers.
Folks from Warren, Frederick, Shenandoah, Clarke and Page Counties were at the Parks and Recreation building in Berryville to accept their titles.
It's part of a Valentine's Day party.
There was a total of 14 winners with seven kings and seven queens. Most of the kings and queens were just good friends, but one couple was married!
